We want you to love your gift basket and ensure they meet the highest quality standards. While we stand behind the quality of our products, please note that gift baskets are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to their perishable and personalized nature. However, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise and encourage open communication to ensure your satisfaction.

If there is a quality issue, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Basket Orders Cancellation Policy

Custom gift baskets are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes into production. Production begins 48 hours after order confirmation.

Regular listed gifts are non-refundable given the nature of packaging. Please see refund section if issues arise in quality with regular listed products.

Once your order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if you encounter any issues after receiving your order, please contact us within **30 days** of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Production times vary depending on the nature of requests. Please allow up to 2-2.5 weeks from production start for proper curation and delivery. If issues arise, DokiDoki Basket will maintain communication in efforts to fix it.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it. 

Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the issue or the damaged item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are with well lit backgrounds.

Refund Policies

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. 

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips. 

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at contact@support.dokidokibasket.shop. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you. 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

Currently, DokiDoki Baskets are not available for shipping internationally. International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. These fees vary by country, and we are unable to calculate them in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your support and look forward to delivering smiles worldwide in the future.

Merchant of record
